Custom Jewelry Made in Our Own Cincinnati Shop
Geraci Fine Jewelry has designed custom jewelry for Cincinnati since 1982. You sit with our designer Michelle, describe what you want, and watch it take shape. The piece is then drawn, carved in wax or modeled in CAD and made by our five master jewelers on site at 9212 Colerain Avenue. Nothing is outsourced.

How the custom process works
Free consultation, in the store or over Zoom. Bring a sketch, a photo or just an idea.
Design. Michelle draws the piece, or we model it in CAD so you can see it from every angle.
Wax or 3D print. For many pieces you will hold a wax model before we cast.
Casting, setting and finishing by our master jewelers in our Cincinnati shop.
Pickup, usually about four weeks after the design is approved.

How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Most custom engagement rings at Geraci Fine Jewelry are ready in about four weeks from the approved design. Complex pieces can take longer, and we tell you the timeline before you commit.
Can I use my own diamonds or gemstones in a custom piece?
Yes. Many of our Cincinnati customers bring family diamonds or stones from an old ring and we design a new piece around them. You can also start from scratch with a stone from our inventory.
Do I need to visit the store to design custom jewelry?
No. Our designer Michelle offers online Zoom design sessions as well as in person consultations at 9212 Colerain Avenue. The consultation is free either way.
What does custom jewelry design cost?
It depends on the metal, the stones and the amount of handwork. Because our master jewelers do the casting, setting and finishing in our own Cincinnati shop, you are not paying a middleman. We quote the full price before any work begins.
